Our sister company, New Forest Box Sash, was engaged as a specialist sub-contractor to restore nearly 100 sash windows to this Grade I listed private school.
The project was extremely challenging with all work completed at significant height over the school summer holiday period.

This truly incredible historic property which is believed to date back to the 13th century in part with later 18th & 19th century additions is a labour of love for our dedicated client.
Significant decay and structural problems have required careful and sympathetic repairs and interventions to arrest major flaws.

This live project comprises a high end, bespoke, large side extension with enabling works to re-waterproof an existing basement and the construction of a car port together with ancillary roofing and finishing works.
Challenges include difficult access and sloping ground requiring careful planning.

Working to an exacting specification to a detailed set of Architectural and Structural drawings, this new build extension has enabled our client to remain in their home and provide much needed additional space in the form of a vaulted first floor bedroom and ensuite and ground floor garden room/breakfast room in a modern open plan style

This unique 18th century cob cottage with thatched roof called on all the skill and experience of all involved to remedy many years of ill-advised alterations which were causing damp and decay.
Significant structural intervention was required to arrest a failing roof. Walls were stripped of cement render which was slowly eroding the underlying cob and a new breathable lime render applied.
